- Tracking for your order is emailed to you once your order is shipped out. Tracking updates are available typically within 1 day of shipping out.
- If your tracking shows that your package has not been delivered and there seems to be an unexplained delay in the delivery of your package, please feel free to contact us and we would be happy to help you.
- If you wish to reship an unclaimed, refused, or undeliverable package you are responsible for the new shipping cost.
- We are not responsible for lost, misdelivered, or stolen packages, or packages that were sent to the address that was entered in at checkout that the customer failed to correct. If your tracking shows that your package has been delivered, please check with your neighbors and family members to make sure they did not receive it by mistake. Then feel free to file a claim with the appropriate delivery service.
- We are not responsible for return shipping costs when returning items for a refund or for lost returns. When shipping a return without the label we provide, we recommend purchasing tracking and keeping shipping receipts for your records.
Our shipping options for shipping within the U.S. are as follows. Business days are Monday through Friday only and do not include national holidays.

- Orders under $75 that ship free will do so under the most economical shipping method
- Processing Time- can take from 1-3 days from the day your order is received
- Standard Shipping - can take from 7-10 days
- Express Shipping - can take from 3-5 days
What is your Return Policy?
At Oh so Chic Boutique, we understand that sometimes your dream item didn’t end up being all that dreamy. We are happy to accept returns and will issue store credit for the amount of the item(s). Please review our full return policy below.
- Returns are for store credit only! No refunds will be issued.
- Items marked FINAL SALE may not be returned, refunded or exchanged.
- All returns/exchanges must be done within 10 days of order receipt.
- Items must be unwashed, unworn, and with tags still attached. If items appear worn, have makeup or other stains, or smell of smoke or perfume, your return WILL NOT be accepted and will be returned to you at your expense.
- NON-RETURNABLE: Final sale items, Jewelry, Intimates, Bras, Camisoles, Slips, Socks.
- Shoes must be returned in their original box or bag provided and placed inside an additional protective shipping safe box/bag to be eligible. If there is any damage to the original package, your return will not be accepted.
